The National Skills Week, which is now in its eighth year, aims to celebrate and inform students and the wider public of the diversity of career pathways available through VET. This year’s event is held between August 27 to September 2, with the focus on “real skills for real careers.”

Despite being busy prepping for our big event, our trailer manufacturing hasn’t slowed down. 60 years a lot of time in any industry, especially one where performance and service are tested every day on the road. The Drake Group has been around since 1958 and is celebrating the anniversary with another one of their always well-received Open Day events on September 15 2018.
